Great service and shows compassion for us.
This guy was completely rude to me as a new patient the moment he walked in. He said "well you're not going to like me very much". He didn't care to listen to me, would interrupt me, had a poor arrogant attitude and pretty much cut me off and walked out. I got him after my pcp for 7yrs left to work at the ER. I get this guy and he takes me off all of my meds just about and didn't give a crap. I felt judged and mis treated to the point I never went back. The greatest doctor ever experienced. A little over 5 years ago, our family came to Rapid City to retire from a large city in the US. My first experience with Dr. Ostler was awesome.
