Fitted a new boiler for us, did a good job at a fair price together with a 7 year warranty a company that have been in business for a very long time!
I must say I am so impressed by the service we received from Peter O'Neill our boiler stopped working and our insurance company sent Peter O'Neill out to us we had Jared as our tech and he was so helpful and got down to the problem quite quickly we had to wait a day for the parts as ours where quite old but Jared returned and got it all up and running so happy and just in time for the cold Thanks so much
First class service,left voicemail at 8 am,had error code on my boiler,Ben was at my property and had finished by 9,40,thankyou very much, highly recommended.
Would not recommend been using them for the past six years for servicing my boiler the engineers are friendly all seems well they did not fit my boiler. But on Friday the 6th of September four days after having a service done by them a different engineer came to replace a burner unit and he did a carbon monoxide test which came back at over 9000 ppm the limit allowed is 250 ppm it could have been lethal and he also said the boiler had been fitted incorrectly and unsafe due to the bottom half being wedged in with polystyrene ... read more
