I have to say I was disappointed given the number of good reviews I had seen. I had a leak which was causing damage to the inside of the house where I had to strip the boards and put a bucket underneath which was being filled roughly every 2 days (to give an idea of the scale of the leak). Day 1 I called and left a message on the answerphone and nobody returned my call, Day 2 I called again and this time left a message with someone for a call back later that day again nobody returned my call. We had a small, but complex, leak in an external chimney breast roof which suddenly revealed itself as damp patches in our lounge. We contacted Peter Nicholas at 8.15 am; his son visited a couple of hours later. A quote was then given by phone and, to our surprise, two team members arrived to do the job just an hour later. Incentivised, no doubt, by the pouring rain, the actual work, including a roof gutter clearance, was speedily finished. Perhaps we should also inform the Guinness Book of Records!
