Oh Peter. Your shoes have poor quality and even worse customer service. I am not overly dramatic. See the pictures of two pairs of NEW shoes (note the pictures of the untouched sole of shoe) with ripped seams and staples hanging out of the bottom. I received a pair of Peter Nappi boots as a gift. They cost $1400. They arrived with a ripped seam(see pic of brown suede boot). I contacted the store and was told they could not be exchanged and that each pair, " was handmade so had variations." IN LOVE with my Peter Nappi boots. The staff is mostly friendly (there was only once I was rubbed the wrong way) and they atmosphere is to die for. My favorite Nashville stop; it's always the first place I bring my visitors!
