Poor communication. I arrived at 1:45 pm for a 2pm appointment. I was left waiting in the waiting area until 2:35 pm when I was called to a examine room. There I waited an additional 15 minutes while I heard the doctor attend to a patient that arrived after me. I walked out and told the nurse that I was leaving due to the tardiness of the doctor. I feel that I should have been informed of any delay when I arrived. Just common courtesy.
I have had several ENTs over the years. This is the first one who actual takes the time to listen and doesn't try to rush me out the door in order to bill more patients. Also has great staff.
Dr. Schilt is an exceptional ENT Physician. He is reassuring and explains things thoroughly. He is kind and understanding. I very highly recommend him. The Fishers Office is really nice, and his staff is also kind and helpful.
My 10 year old son has hearing loss and over the years we have visited a handful of ENT doctors and Dr. Schilts is the best we have encountered. So thorough and personable.
