To say appointment was rushed, is an understatement. He didn't even take one minute to exam injury. It is his lack of empathy, sympathy that was noticeable. As if I was a waste of his time. He does not seem to enjoy what he does. a lot of sighs and annoyed when I asked a question.
I tore my manicous last year. Dr. Ove saw me after A PA examined me and had X-rays taken. He prescribed a course of treatment which included PT (which has been successful). Now, a year later, I sustained a similar injury on the other knee. I called for an appointment and was unequivocally told I was too old for him to see me. W T F!! I explained to deaf ears that I was already a patient. Again, W T F!! This is part of the loss of quality health care cause by Luminous.
I have to say that my experience with Dr Ove was one of the worse interactions with a physicaian I have ever had. He didn't review my MRI results, he didn't exam me. He just wrote me a script for therapy. I felt he ignored my symptoms and pushed me out the door. I will NEVER go back to him again.
I was recommended , by a friend, that Dr. Ove was an amazing doctor for knee pain. I saw him recently, and he took the time to listen to my issues. After looking at my xray, he explained my options, and gave me an injection in my knee. After weeks of limping around, i was finally able to walk normally again. I will definitely be going to him again if I have anymore problems.
