I’ve been coming to PMF for at least five years. It’s a great gym with something for everyone, whether you are experienced or you are just starting out. They offer a variety of group fitness classes for all levels. Classes range from strength training specific muscle groups (upper or lower body), total body HIIT classes, and even pilates.
