Knowledgeable, caring, responsive physician. Highly recommend this Dr. He performed a colonoscopy on me and a family member one week later. Great communication.
I would strongly advise anyone who reads this post to stay away from this man and his practice. His negligence and unprofessional behavior almost cost my mom her life. This happened about 3 weeks ago. My mom (74) went in for a routine colonoscopy. During the procedure, some polyps needed to be removed. When she got home she noticed that there was significant bleeding. She called his office and they told her ”bleeding is normal”. When the bleeding worsened, the office was not able to be reached. Dr. Mihalakakos is a very caring, knowledgeable, and quality doctor. My wife and I have both used his services on several occasions and every time he has given us optimal care. He has always responded very knowledgeably to all our questions and made us feel at ease. He does quality work as a surgeon also.
