My Family, and hundreds of other families from my community have been seeing Dr. Medaugh for nearly 30 years. He does NOT price gouge and is very accommodating to his patients' needs and has provided great care for 2 generations in my family.
The “office manager” and staff are unprofessional, incompetent and beyond rude. Given the fact that they couldn’t even get my information correct, I certainly wouldn’t trust the dentist. They refused to help me with a dental emergency due to an inability to comprehend my circumstances and laughed at my inquiry, as well as at the name of the referring doctor, who is Japanese.
