Saw This PCP through the Durham VA Care in the Community Program. He mentioned in our visit," Mr Aviles, How does this happen? You are a veteran and you do not have a PCP in the Durham VA. I do not know how to contact The Veterans Health Care Administration. Being that he does not know how to contact the VA as my VA PCP provider through the Mission Act. He never followed up on my refferals.
