Dr. Koplos has no beside manner whatsoever. I cannot comment on his expertise as a surgeon. Dr. Koplos performed two surgeries on my small dog after he was bitten by a pitbull. Immediately after the second surgery, I was told by Dr. Koplos that my dog had a "reasonable chance" of making a full recovery. When my dog's health deteriorated further, I never heard back from Dr. Koplos. He pulled a disappearing act. I honestly don't know how this guy can sleep at night knowing how poorly he runs the only 24hr emergency vet clinic. He must think he's invincible. No empathy, hires whoever with no customer service skills, zero care in following up with patients who have had horrible experiences to try and remedy it...like normal business owners would do. He doesn't care to fix or take accountability for anything, just takes advantage of owners because they are the only lifeline during such a horrible time... and he continues to get away wi... read more
