He is thorough and so very personable. He always greets us with a smile ... and a hug.
Diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma in August of 2020. After surgery in Flagstaff Dr. Mathern suggested I have immunotherapy with Keytruda. I hesitated given my age and the potential co-pay cost. He provided excellent information on why I should proceed and convinced me to give it a go. I began receiving treatments at his clinic in Flagstaff and continued in Portland Oregon after I moved. I am nearly at the end of my five year follow up and doing very well. Thanks Dr. Mathern
Dr Mathern and his nurse, Nancy Foreman, are the best. They go above and beyond, are thorough, they listen, they take the time to explain, and the appointments aren’t rushed. Great quality of care with them.
