I don’t know if there was a change in ownership but im very unhappy that I wasted 500. Had to correct my CPA, after told her there must have been an error when her numbers reflected something different than what I had. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning; all the good reviews are from 6 years ago, which I can vouch for they were good 6 years ago.

I cannot say enough good things about the Peter Marshall & Company, CPA accounting firm. They go above and beyond in every aspect – responsiveness, understanding client needs, explaining approaches to your particular tax and financial situation (personal and business) to minimize tax burden and maximize profits. Peter Marshall & Company CPA, specifically Jan Warzecha, has been a great partner over the last 7 years. She and the team there have handle all of my businesses and personal tax related issues. They have been a great help with support/advice, from reviewing and managing my own PnL's to selling a company. The team has always been responsive to any request.
