He openly lied to us and he knows it. Once we closed, we never heard from him again. No congrats, no welcome, no customary realtor gift. We're considering moving soon because the "greenspace" bordering our back yard "that couldn't be built upon" is actually another homeowner's property. They're about to build a 6' tall white plastic fence that will ruin our view of the woods we so admired. I do not wish onto anyone to be so decieved. Don't hire him, he lies.
Peter is the best realtor and person that anyone can imagine. We are out of town looking to buy in the highly competitive Myrtle Beach market. He has shown us so many houses, working Saturdays and Sundays, advising against over-bidding, making us aware of the amount of renovation needed in any property we have seen, going out of his way to connect with other realtors to make sure we find what we want. Finally, after months of searching, Peter helped us get the house that we so much wanted!
Working with Peter was a pure joy. Great with communication and explaining where in the process we were at each stage. Would love to work with Peter on another deal real soon!! You are AMAZING :)
