Tried Peter Mabey for the first time and was far from disappointed. The right headlight on my X1 was dimming, and I got an exorbitant quote from the dealer to replace the whole headlight assembly. I spoke to Greg from Peter Mabey and he was able to troubleshoot the problem to specific headlight module and was able fix the issue for 75% less the cost of the initial dealer quote. Appreciated Greg and Matthew’s consultative and flexible approach. If you’ve got a BMW, I’d highly recommend you try them out

They pulled off my full-of-details custom work order (basically mid-life all fluids refresh + brakes) within the same day. Excellent communication with me being, let's say, a highly opinionated customer. Greg effectively out-debated an AI on certain point, providing that real experience still got an edge.
