The experience was like no other I have received in 20+ years of car ownership. Greg is highly knowledgeable on all things BMW but, most importantly to me, is also incredibly honest and trustworthy. Deserves more than 5 stars... They fixed the FRM Footwell module on my MINI Cooper S R56. Now my indicators, lights, hazards etc work as they should. Greg's professionalism and the fact he took time to explain things to me, made these guys the right choice for me, rather than taking my precious MINI to the dealer. In August 2024 I had a 'drivetrain warning light' appear on my dash of my F40 M135i. At substantial cost the dealer replaced the turbo actuator mechanism. Less than 1 year later the same warning light appeared again. The earliest I could get an appointment to get the dealer to analyse the problem was 5 weeks. As I suspected that this might be a warranty claim I waited - the car was driveable in 'limp' mode.
