Nowhere better for the BMW enthusiast. Greg is highly trustworthy, competent, and honest in his diagnosis advice and repairs. I’ve tried many independents over the years, and Greg and his team are the best!
I recently dropped my BMW off with Greg for a repair I had been considering. They pulled off my full-of-details custom work order (basically mid-life all fluids refresh + brakes) within the same day. Excellent communication with me being, let's say, a highly opinionated customer. Greg effectively out-debated an AI on certain point, providing that real experience still got an edge. I am entirely happy with the service provided.
My mechanic couldn't fix my BMW 650i's missing fire problem, so he referred me to Peter Marby. Greg answered my call he said most mechanics don't know anything about BMW and started being sarcastic, but still told me to bring the car in two weeks for a $385 check. When I dropped off the car, he asked if I was prepared to spend $10k on repairs, looking down on me. I said I wouldn't come if I spent $10k. The experience was like no other I have received in 20+ years of car ownership. Greg is highly knowledgeable on all things BMW but, most importantly to me, is also incredibly honest and trustworthy. His communication skills are first class. I will not be taking our car anywhere else from here on in.
