I never thought I would have a heart attack but I did in February of 2020. I had a 100% Blockage and had to be life flighted to Southeast. Just so happened Dr Peter Rao was on call. He rushed me in did a heart cath and put a stint in. Saved my life. And became my cardiologist. Then in September 2020 I had another heart attack he put another stint in. Great staff
Dr. Peter Rao is an amazing Cardiologist who I 100% highly recommend for all your cardiology needs. Not only is he extremely skilled in the O.R./Cath Lab, he is just as wonderful in his office appointments with you. In all my visits he has never made me feel rushed nor has he ever been in a rush with me himself. He's always very attentive and actually listens to you with your concerns/questions, and he explains everything where you can understand it. I experienced a very professional environment, from the facility to the employees. Friendly and efficient. My PA and Dr. were extremely attentive and genuinely concerned with my issues. We were not rushed and had great conversation about my condition. I felt completely at ease. Thank you! I look forward to continuing our future medical relationship!
