Best practice and Crystal is an amazing hygienist!!!
Office is extremely clean. Staff is very timely, pleasant, personable, and caring with their patients. Hygienists and Dentist are very trustworthy and wonderful at explaining their care. It is very easy to call and make an appointment. Insurance, copay, and payments are very well explained. Overall, a very stress free environment and you always leave with a very clean smile!
I had a great experience at Ferrara Family Dental as a new patient this past month. It had been a couple years between dental visits due to a career change and move. I was a bit anxious in finding a new dentist, and about any issues that may have built up since my last exam. They were able to schedule me quickly (twice) and made the whole process easy including the insurance. This is not only a lovely, modern and immaculate dental office it is also a pleasure to enter. Plus and most important the entire staff is very professional and competent. However also important to me - after so many years they are also friends. Five star to both.
