WOW the people who wrote to say the office staff was horrible were not kidding. I tried to make an appointment with this doctor that my PCP recommended & the person on the phone was quite rude & unprofessional. The doctor may be good but having a staff that is also caring is just as important.Why would people with heart conditions ever want to go here?They are more likely to cause high blood pressure & strokes than alleviate them.
Dr. Duch took the time to explain conditions well. He ran a lot of tests, gave me his full attention, and explained the treatment plan moving forward. The technicians were also extremely kind, especially the nurse who did my echocardiogram. However, his office secretaries were very hostile and cantankerous. When they called on the phone to confirm the appt, I was at work and they left a very nasty message saying "you need to call us back immediately to confirm your appointment." Disappointing. Office phone on answering service until 10:30am (seems to be the norm and not the exception). Told it was not necessary to make an appointment to come in, that the Dr. would call me at 2pm. Received a 2-minute curt phone call at 5:20pm. Explained to Dr. (who was on speaker and barely audible) my BP was dropping dangerously low, consistently when standing, particularly during Parkinson OT. Wonderful doctor who is compassionate and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was so friendly and kind. I definitely give Dr Duch five stars !

Office staff is rude and unhelpful Dr. Duch is unaware of what is happening in his office to the detriment of his patients!
This cardiologist is awful . My mom is one of his patients and during an appointment when she asked her what food she needs to avoid he answered google it. His office staff is also very rude. I just canceled my moms televisit appointment and I was still talking and trying to see if my mom needs refill for the future she just hang up. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Duch is very caring. He is thorough and spends his time with you. He is the only Dr. I know that calls you back himself to talk to you about your test results. Me and my husband are very happy with him as our doctor.
FAT-SHAMED ME AND MISSED A MAJOR DIAGNOSIS!! DOES NOT LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS!! Let me start by saying I have been a fat girl my whole life and I have NEVER had high blood pressure, in fact it's always been low and I've even been told to carry pretzels with me to raise my blood pressure when needed.
