Great building and management. The manager in the building's office is great; she responds very quickly to issues that residents complain about, and she is very polite and hardworking. Highly recommend to rent there.
Constant extremely loud banging noises from contractors starting early in the morning, poor parking, removing the pool to add a whole new apartment they haven't worked on at all. They don't take care of laundry machines, take a long time to deal with anything, and the ELEVATORS, ugh. Not a good building. They did fix the cockroach problem though.
1 Elevator hasn't worked since 2020..its almost 2025 an still not repaired
As much as people like to complain all things considered the apartments here are not bad at all and are on par with most places in this price range.
