Excellent care! I recently had urogynecology surgery at the PLC. The care I received from the minute I walked in the door to discharge was excellent! I give a 10/10 for post surgery care on unit 23!

Awful experience. Most Nurses are nice and helpful, but the doctors are rude, inexperienced and don't listen. A doctor yelled at me and threatened me all because I wanted to talk about something.... terrible experience each time

Jayden (the nurse in the emergency department) would benefit from refreshing her therapeutic communication skills. The way she spoke increased my anxiety during an already stressful time. It’s important for healthcare professionals to avoid making assumptions about patients and to communicate in a way that supports, rather than worsens, a patient’s emotional state.
