We arrived at 2:30 a.m. with my brother in severe pain due to appendicitis. Despite the obvious urgency, his condition was treated as routine, and we waited in pain and uncertainty until the surgery was finally done at 7:00 p.m. The lack of timely care, poor communication, and apparent shortage of medical staff made the experience extremely disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable in any emergency facility.
