I never write reviews but I felt this time it was a must. Over all experience was fast prompt and professional. The nice lady answering the phones was super helpful and very open with communication, definitely an All Star. Mr Andrew came out and did the service all I can say is what an absolute MVP. He was upfront, honest ,beyond respectful, fast but efficient! He gave me some advice as to what I need to do in the future and gave me a fair estimate for the next project here at my home. I usually do not give reviews for companies that simply do what they are supposed to do but Lontakos Electrical is a cut above all others. In addition to being professional and competent, this company is an honest one. I recently called to have a timing device replaced but for some unknown reason the device started to work before the technician arrived. The device was inspected and tested and found not in need of replacement. An honest response that saved me over one hundred dollars for a replacement part!

I have used Peter Lontakos' Electrical services for over 30 years. He is there in emergencies. Shows up when scheduled and his prices are fair. Never had an issue with the quality of his and his teams work. They fix it the first time. No surprises. You get more than you pay for. Highly recommended.

Peter Lontakos electrical used to be a good company. I was their client for over 5 years. Seems like they have a new management and A TOTALLY LOW WORK ETHICS NOW. They charged me $175 for a less than 10 minute job to replace a small piece in a halogen lamp! When I asked for explanation they told me that their charges consist of: 1. Driving 7 minutes to my house 2. Answering my phone call 3. Scheduling my “rash” appointment 3 weeks after my call. PLUS 10 minutes spent at my house altogether for this small piece replacement.
