This is not my normal dentist; I went to them for a dental emergency, only, and I will NEVER go back. This facility overcharged my insurance company then sent me a bill 2 months later to pay the difference. I already paid a co-pay for my visits. My regular dentist has NEVER charged me more than my co-pay. In addition, when I went back to my regular dentist, he told me this facility didn't do a good job. What a shame.
Dr. Liu has guided my orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery journey for the past two years and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Everything, from wisdom teeth removal, to braces, and post-surgery care has gone swimmingly. The staff is incredibly nice and very warm, always willing to make conversation! My surgeon also commended Dr. Liu and said he trusted his care. 5 out of 5 stars :)
