Cole was on time and very polite. He explained what he was planning on doing , successfully cleared our drain and left his work site clean. I'll certainly be using PL again.

My technician Jonathan was wonderful!! Very professional, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was able to quickly assess the problem and cleared the clog in my main sewer line. He then explained what the problem was and checked all the plumbing to make sure there were no additional problems. 10/10 would recommend!
