At first I had called & was surprised to have to book an appointment 6 months away. I spoke with the office about the cancelation list & was very fortunate to be able to come in months sooner. Dr.Castiglione was very knowledgeable, informative, and to the point. His team worked quickly to get quotes and did everything they could to use my insurance primarily. Dr. Rosenberg listen to my concerns intently an offer a clear path forward for positive results. I appreciated his friendly and frank manor.
I wouldn’t recommend him; he has a facade of niceness but doesn’t truly listen and comes off as uncaring. When I explained what was going on with me, he insisted it was something else. I requested blood work, but he was reluctant to do it, so I had to advocate for myself and insist that I needed the tests. I asked if I needed to fast, and he said no, but later I found out I actually did need to fast for the blood work. I have been a patient of Dr Thurston's for 5 years. Just recently, I was referred to her by my IBD specialist as my J-Pouch had failed and was no longer working. She answered all of my questions about my upcoming surgery and she made sure I was scheduled for surgery a short 3 weeks later. Excellent Dr and he has taken very good care of me.
I had a serious complex spinal procedure. Dr. Killory explained every step of the way, and provided easy to absorb written materials which explained what would be happening. When I woke up, Dr. Killory was there to make sure I was OK. In the ensuing weeks, he and his staff took great efforts to follow my recovery and answer any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Killory!
