Had insurance from them for about 5-6 years no complaints 25 bucks a month wasn’t much, got a letter saying monthly was going up to $96, I called to remove full coverage, for a new $12 a month plan, since bike is paid. Ignored my request and charged me $96 dollars after I specifically said I wanted to cancel that policy.
