Attorney Bolgar is an excellent attorney. He represented me for my social security disability insurance case. I had been awarded SSI but they didn't want to award me my full benefits. I contacted Mr. Bolgar, he accepted my case and got the judge to TOTALLY REVERSE my original decision and I only had a very short time to get it filed before my grievance time would have expired.
