I agree with the previous review. I called to ask if I could print an invitation and the woman on the phone was just plain miserable! She was not helpful and when I told her it was jpeg file she asked if I could put it in a pdf. I told her I only had a jpeg. She just flat out rudely said hold on a minute. I just hung up. NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PLACE. Horrible first impression!!

I had a terrible experience here, and would NEVER refer anyone to use their services. Not only were the employees rude, one actually hung up on me when I called to see if my order was ready. The owner was no better, its unfortunate that when I took my concern to him he shrugged me off and ignored my complaint. I was charged full price and only given half of my order- again with no apologies, he actually was speaking to someone else while I was expressing my disappointment with their services.
