My father had an alarming experience with Dr. Krall that left him feeling upset and disrespected. Hygiene and patient communication should be top priorities for an eye doctor. This wasn't the case with Dr. Krall. He examines patients lower and upper eyelids without first washing his hands. This was alarming since he had just been wiping his nose with his hands.
