I have seen Dr. Krall twice. I was not impressed either time as he minimized everything. He should have recommended that I see a retinal specialist. . He said everything was fine and there was nothing to be concerned with. He indicated I did not need any further follow up. I went to the emergency department with increased symptoms and the physician wanted me to follow up with a retinal specialist. I received a call back from Dr. Krall's office. If I could give Dr Krall 5000 stars I would, he truly changed my life for the better! I went to see him in the beginning of June because my vision deteriorated due to both astigmatism and the formation of cataracts.There no longer were any glasses or contacts that allowed me to see because of how bad my vision had become.During my first appointment with Dr Krall I told him about my vision problems and he looked at me with such compassionate eyes and said “I can help you" - and he did just that.
