Not very reliable/trustworthy and pretty poor service. I had a lot of back and forth seeking a new key to unlock the spare wheel. They ordered a new lock and bolt. They then said they can’t order a new key and advised me to use a spanner to unlock the bolt, which doesn’t work, or go to a locksmith. Waste of time for everyone Another time I needed a different part replaced. They ordered the wrong part and said “come back when we get the new part in and we won’t charge you for the part or the install”. When I came back a month... read more
