I will not be returning to this office. Unfortunately, it is not because my condition has improved under their care, but rather due to the lack of adequate support. Securing an appointment has been nearly impossible, with visits occurring perhaps once a year at best. In the meantime, I continue to experience persistent pain and nausea. Unfortunately I did not get to see Dr. Kim due to him being in emergency surgery, that was not the problem. I completely understand. However, 2 out of the 3 ladies at the front desk were so unhelpful. One of them was flat out rude. I also called back to see if I could get a refund on my copay since I wasn’t seen and she had the nerve to ask “well why wouldn’t you get that when you were here?” Lol like I obviously didn’t think about it, which is why I’m calling.
