Trying to see Dr. Kelt is sort of like trying to see the Pope. In fact, you might have better luck seeing the Pope. Dr. Peter Kelt, however, is a pretty good doctor. Great bedside manner and he's good when you have an emergency, but scheduling an appointment is sometimes difficult. His office prefers to set-up appointments in the morning or early afternoon.
