Ive consistently had bad interactions with a front desk employee by the name of yaya. I am a patient in an extreme amount of pain and she was very rude, did not care at all about my current situation, cared more about the fact that my insurance had lapsed rather than give me instructions on what to do for pain management for gallstones. I love Dr Kelly. He always listens to everything I have to say about my health issues. He is very kind and professional.
The staff here are so awesome they always take care of things so fast.
