I cannot say enough good about Dr. Peter Cocolis and his staff. I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist; I literally quake and have to bring my husband. I have seen Dr. Cocolis on two occasions now. The first time he replaced a broken temporary crown, put on by another dentist, within hours of my calling him on a Sunday evening. The second time, I made an appointment for what I thought was going to be an extensive crown replacement and possible root canal. Dr. Cocolis found a minor problem and corrected it. I have known Dr. Cocolis (and his team) for years and am giving them my highest recommendation not only as a dentist, but medical provider. He has personally taken care of myself, my father and our son on three separate emergency situations as well as all of our regular dental needs. In fact, it was when I was injured and my dentist office told me they'd see me on Monday, and Dr. Cocolis' response was 'meet me in my office in 10 minutes' that he won us over. My family and I have been going to this office for about 7 years. We loved the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Cocolis and his staff. Most importantly, we trusted them and when my husband changed jobs we asked them which insurance company we should go with to ensure they were preferred providers. We listened to them and were completely happy for another year. I wouldn't normally take the time to do a review if I weren't so thrilled with my care. I just want to highly recommend Dr. Cocolis to anyone who is looking for excellent dental care. I have been going to Dr. Cocolis office for about 6 years now and he and his staff are awesome! When I step in I am always greeted (by my first name) with a friendly face and a smile. The waiting room is clean, comforting and relaxing. They have bottled water to quench my thirst before going in. They even have chapstick to offer! Dr. Cocolis is always nice and has great bedside manner. I have not had major dental work because I have no cavities but for cleanings I would recommend this office to everyone.

My dentist is Dr. DaSilva, who is building a practice in Dr. Cocolis's office. I initially went in for a check-up and cleaning, which was amazingly thorough and meticulous! I had a long running problem with my front tooth which had a root canal 10 years ago and had discolored over the years. On my first visit Dr. DaSilva addressed it and came up with a game plan to fix it, this was not what I was scheduled for and she provided the first service that very same day! Dr. Cocolis is absolutely the best! He completely "reconstructed" my mouth/teeth, and the results are amazing. I now have a beautiful smile that I love to show everyone. Dr. Cocolis was very patient with me, never in a rush, and always answered my many questions in detail. His staff also gets 4 stars for always being friendly and helpful. I have been looking for a dentist in the DC area for quite some time. My wife visited several dentists and had not very pleased. Dr. Cocolis came recommended from a family friend. I was pleased with everything from the facilities, location, and friendly staff from my first visit. The dynamics with everyone from the dental hygienist, dental assistant, and the dentists was inviting and evident of a positive work environment. My family will be using Dr. Cocolis again.

I have been seeing Dr. Cocolis for 4 years and have had a variety of procedures done. Including a new crown, an implant, chipped tooth repair and an extraction. All these procedures went really well and I was very happy with the results. I love the office staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful.
