I have been trying to communicate with the medical professionals at this office as a fellow medical professional, and I feel terrible for their patients. The MA I spoke with, Jason, is unreasonably condescending. He spoke with me and then hung up on our office manager simply because he wasn't willing to listen, and insisted on talking over us. If he is in charge of communicating with patients and patient care, Dr McCarthy should re-evaluate who he would like as his MA
I felt unheard and frustrated with the experience. In the process of leaving this office. Office staff was great - other providers in the office were great. He was definitely not a good fit for our family.
