Peter really knew the market, and if there was something he didn't know he'd tell me that and get back to me with the answer. Not only did he make me comfortable, all the people/companies that I worked with (mortgage brokers, other realestate agent and the title company) mentioned how nice it was to work with him.
In a the real estate market it can be intimidating and exhausting. But when my family and I met Peter , he was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife.
