Dr Jeppson has impeccable bedside manner. He walks you through every step and makes sure you understand every option possible.
I was able to look on the screen as he was scoping my bladder, which really helped me to understand.
At first, I was a little uncomfortable that I was assigned to a male doctor, but he made me feel very comfortable. He was very professional.
Doctor Jeppson and the whole staff are wonderful.
From the moment I walked into the building, I was very impressed. Excellent greeters, receptionists, and Dr Jeppson were all extremely welcoming and informative. I would definitely give my overall experience five stars!!!
