My wife’s appointment has been canceled 6 times since April. The woman who calls and reschedules appointment is rude and a smart ass. No answer calls or returns calls other than to keep rescheduling appointments. It’s crazy to reschedule an appointment form April and now it’s October.
Been going for sometime now. Recently with new changes, I dont like when I go in for infusion I have to talk about my problems I'm having infront of all the other patients. I think what I need to say is personal, and shouldn't be announced for all ears. It doesn't speed anything up. My infusion takes 2 hours, I'm still there 3 hours. Now we have to write on this paper while we are trying to get hooked up to IV. What a pain that is! Dr. Cleavinger is the best doctor that I’ve ever had. He’s so patient and caring. He’s always pleasant and thorough. I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else.
