Very unprofessional conduct for the following reasons: The funds received after the real estate sale were less than was agreed upon and shown on the documents signed just a day prior. There was no attempt from the lawyer and his team to come forward and explain why there is a discrepancy between the signed document and the cheque received (I am not sure if this is even legal) The only explanation I received (after I asked several times) was that there were additional charges.
