Made me comfortable in the ER very kind and patient staff
Really bad customer service at United Emergency Room front desk and the nurse on 06/18.
This is a busy, busy ER and Hospital! After hours of waiting with a friend, she finally got to lay down in a room. At about 1:30AM she was woke up to get sent up to a room. Unfortunately, it seems like so many people go to hospital ERs rather than a "Doc In A Box". Over all, United Hospital is an excellent hospital; they're just overwhelmed with so many patients.
I thought have trouble breathing and chest pain was emergent. I guess not at thos childrens.i had to leave and take my child to another hospital all while she was having trouble breathing and chest pain
Forever grateful for all the hardworking nurses here.
