I had a very satisfying first visit with this provider. He was calm, open to my perspective and clearly enjoys explaining the meaning of results of exams. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Famiglitti is wonderful but his office staff, Dian and Mary Ann were both rude and not helpful when they had to reschedule me. I was treated that I was the problem. That should not happen when they cancelled my appointment. I expect much better.
Overall experience was wonderful. Making appointments is easy and for urgent situations the office is very accommodating with regard to getting you in promptly to see the doctor.

*VERY* concerning: I have eye-pain. He insisted it was simply dry-eye and I was to use Restasis and if it didn't work, to then get punctal plugs in addition to the Restatsis. I said how about trying frequent artificial tears to ee if that works (not that my eyes felt dry...), but he said it would have to be used every minute or two (this makes no sense, I later learned). After several months on Restasis w/o any clear effect, he added the plugs to stop tear ducts from taking in moisture. After put in, one of them irritated me... read more
