As a former child client, I believe Mr. Imbrogno fell short in his role as a guardian ad litem. Significant concerns regarding my placement and wellbeing were NOT adequately addressed, and I did not feel that my interests were meaningfully advocated for. A GAL should independently investigate a child’s circumstances, remain engaged during serious events, and ensure the child’s safety and welfare are being properly considered. In my experience, that standard was not met.
Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude. My very first and last conversation with him, he acted like he was annoyed that he was even representing me. Omg yall just rude. I kept telling this man I was in mediation. He’s telling me that I’m not. Like sir you’re not on the call so how you gon tell me!? I told the mediator & she’s like he needs to call the courts.
