Dr. Chiu is a great doctor. During our consultation, he was very thorough and very kind. One thing to note is that his office is very outdated, and they use paper files for everything. It reminds me of an office from the 80s. I would say 99% of the patients are also from the elderly demographics, so if you are a young adult I’d recommend maybe going to another office? Dr. Chiu is a caring, knowledgeable doctor, who will spend time needed to go over you test results and other medical related issues with his patients. The only drawback is the wait time, it’s extremely long, going more than 1 hour beyond the scheduled.
I called several times, the person answered the phone always make me to hold, I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and it is still holding. It is very impolite to make patients hold that long. I gave up and hand up the phone.
Dr. Chiu Peter is an amazing doctor, you can tell he really cares about his patients. As for the front office staff i believe its bringing his practice down. I have called twice now just to get some information not even to make an appointment and they always put me on hold and never answer.
Dr. Chiu is very kind and listen to his patients. He is caring and knowledgeable.
