A doctor and staff, who LISTEN and CARE for their patients. I'm glad I chose Dr Possagnoli !!!
After meeting Dr Possagnoli and her staff , my experience has changed. Dr Isabella Possagnoli listened and addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. And was very detailed at explaining everything It was a little rocky start with the 2 canceled appointments, but glad to be away from my previous pcp and under Hemet family clinic and dr Possagnoli care
Dr. Hein is an absolute professional with a ton personality and knowledge! Unfortunately, his office staff are stuck up twits with sticks up their butts and attitudes written all over there faces. Typical entitled Hemet chics who can't manage to keep their home life separate from their jobs and be professional. No thanks, moving on!
We are very happy with the quality care we receive from Dr Hein and his office staff. Quality care and very fast response to prescription refills. This office provides much better care than the other family clinic in Hemet we had last year; incomplete lab tests, miss-diagnosed basal carcinoma, and no response to refill requests.
Great place they really helpful the girls are so nice and the doctor is awesome
