Dr. Stein has been my rheumatologist for many years, and is caring, patient, and always listens carefully to my reports. He is willing to think outside the box, does research when necessary, and considers the complete health and lifestyle picture. I call him my "smart doctor." I am extremely grateful to be one of his patients!!
Dr. Stein has been my rheumatologist for years and while communication and scheduling was always a challenge, I was able to receive the medicine I needed and get regular check-ins. Now, my calls aren’t returned at all. I cannot get my Rx refilled nor can I schedule an appointment. Perhaps he cancelled me as a patient because I didn’t wait more than 30 minutes for him on the zoom call? I wouldn’t know, because my calls go unanswered.
