We have always done well finding outerwear and gear here so I tried renting skis; BIG MISTAKE! They acted like it was a huge hassle and were rude the entire time my kids were fitted. They only had one pair of kids poles and THEY DO NOT RENT HELMETS. This review would have only one star if they didn't carry good outerwear.
These folks are top notch! In an era of shrinking customer service in an e-retail age, this staff still gets "it." I have been having issues with my ski boots causing pain in my feet for years. Just an hour in the store with these folks fixed the issue and now my boots are a dream to wear. They now have a loyal customer in me and I will recommend their services to all of my f & f!

Just purchased new skis and bindings. I asked to have the skis waxed. I picked up the skis over two weeks later and hit the slopes in WV. The skis had not been waxed at all. When I clipped into the bindings, I had to literally drag the skis to the lift. Piss poor service. Spoke to Chad Shaub, the manager, and he told me to stop by for a free tuning. The free tuning should have been provided the first time. It is a 140 mile round trip drive to this ski shop from my home. The free tune up "ship" has sailed. I won't trust this ... read more
Nice to walk into a ski place that you don't have to explain to the manager what you need done to your skis - extra points for fixing a lousy ptex job and getting my bases fixed by Friday - thanks
