Staff is very rude and condensending
I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother. I go to all her appts with her. Dr G does not have any bedside manner at all. He spent zero time acknowledging her complaints or explaining any of her problems to her. He ignored my questions and any information I had to offer about my grandmother's habits at home and how she's been since her stroke. All this man is good for is sitting on a stool, looking at the same two pieces of paper for 30 mins and mumbling to an old woman with hearing issues.
