He's an amazing doctor. So kind and patient. He answered all my questions with comfort and understanding. I really appreciated that. His bedside manner is perfect. Im so glad I found him and his office. I chose him as my primary doctor right away. Thank you for a wonderful visit
Dr Gerges is an excellent physician, very thorough, compassionate, listens to all matters and really cares about his patients. I have a great experience that I recommended Dr Gerges to my parents who loved his bedside manners. Our family are really grateful for his care and kindness.
Dr. Gerges is kind and down to earth. He greeted me with a handshake and took the time to listen attentively to my conerns without rush. During my visit he has been friendly, reassuring and thorough. He really get to know me as a person. He offered me the best course of treatment. His bedside manners are really exceptional. Dr Gerges is knowledgable, very passionate and genuinely cares about his patients. I do trust him completely.
I had high hopes seeing him; however, I felt he was dismissive. He never responded to myChart messages (I left him 3 messages), and I called his office the very next day of our visit due to a symptom exacerbation, and each time they said it was unavailable to get on the phone. He will treat you within your scheduled time, but after that, if you have a follow-up question, he is hard to reach. Dr. Gerges was the best primary care doctor I’ve ever seen. I plan on seeing him going forward. He is incredibly patient and pleasant, and has excellent bedside manner. Cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for a caring doctor.
