I had a home sleep study two months ago and have been trying to get someone to contact me regarding the results to no avail. The office is completely unresponsive by phone and through the portal. I'm not sure why I've been ghosted, but I am pursuing legal action to get refunded through my insurance company so I can see a different provider.
Very friendly staff. Average waiting time, waiting now for reply as to my insurance and Medicare coverage O.K. It's been 34 days and haven't heard a word ???? so i really can't give much of a review. My visit with Dr. Polos was very informative. Thank You
Although it's quite some time you have to really stay on top of this place which is the only negative the doctor had finally call me back he was very thorough and very truthful and I was very pleased with the results and give some more options just trying to force a CPAP on you
Dr Polos has been a tremendous help in dealing with my sleep apnea. He’s thorough in his diagnosis and patient in dealing with me. I find him to be a very good doctor. I highly recommend him.
Awful. Stay away. My husband saw him for Cpap machine. Had 3 tests done for CPap machine. 6 months later still waiting for machine. Contacted office again today… finally got a call back from company that handles machine and was told the doctor just put the order in today!!!!!!! Believe me, you are better off finding another doctor. Even the staff has no clue what’s going on
