I highly recommend Dr. Peter Luecken. As a new patient, I can say that from the moment I called to make an appointment, the Office Manager Yvonne was extremely helpful. She was able to clearly explain my insurance coverage and was very patient and attentive after my accident. Dr. Luecken took the time to listen to me, explain my condition and provided a thorough treatment plan. Visiting this office was a game changer for me. Dr. Luecken is truly a hidden gem.
I'd leave a -1, if I could. Yvonne, the receptionist, is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful of the patient's needs. She talked over me, in a loud tone, refusing a healthy conversation & hung up on me 2 times. My 2nd call was to give her the benefit of the doubt, in the hopes that we were disconnected (that the hang up was in error) & to have a healthy communication. OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS BACK Dr Luecken, gave me my smile again after months of suffering. First of all he s caring, very thorough base of your symptoms and targets the roots of your skeleton alignment issues. After 1 session .I fell better After 5 sessions I was able to bend ,squat and even sit on my buttocks again. Please follow his advice Stay under his care.
